Step 2 – Algae & Nutrient Control™

Mineral Oasis™ Algae Starver Pro™ is scientifically formulated to help starve algae by removing phosphate. Phosphate is one of the key nutrients required by algae as it is used for growth and energy production. Using Mineral Oasis™ Algae Starver Pro™ as a safeguard to reduce algae-causing nutrients can help prevent a possible algal bloom if chlorine drops below the recommended concentration.

Simply use Mineral Oasis™ Algae Starver Pro™ to maintain phosphate below 0.10ppm.

Instructions:

For dosing directly into the pool/spa – we recommend pouring small amounts spread evenly into the skimmer section. Ensure liquid is completely mixed thoroughly prior to swimming. We recommended to wait at least 1 hour from time of dosing before swimming to help allow the pool/spa water to cycle effectively.
