Reef Essential® Signature Series™ Strontium

Reef Essential® Signature Series™ Strontium is designed to provide ultra-pure Strontium for Reef Aquariums. Strontium is an essential element required for coral health, vitality & improves bone density. Strontium is also present in coral skeleton, helping to improve calcification & produce strong aragonite as opposed to brittle calcite. On top of this, Strontium can be absorbed via calcareous algae such as coralline algae helping to naturally reduce unwanted nutrients in the aquarium while also providing oxygen, expel carbon dioxide, and improve pH stability.
Recommended Strontium concentration = 7.0-9.0ppm

Dosing:

1mL/100L (26 US gal) will raise Strontium by 0.5ppm. We recommend spreading out the dosage over at least a 1-week period. This helps to improve consistency & reduce sudden change.
