Cycles & Stabilises Biological Filter

Water Stabiliser™ is designed to provide ammonium, complexed nitrogen, nitrate, phosphorus, beneficial bacteria & organic accelerants to cycle and stabilise the natural biological filter. One of the largest issues new hobbyists face is ‘new tank syndrome’ where an ammonia spike due to improper cycling causes a wipe-out of the inhabitants. Water Stabiliser™ helps to stop this from occurring due to the addition of a large range of cycling nutrients and beneficial bacteria. The way an aquarium is cycled will heavily influence its performance in the long run, so we recommend not rushing this cycle. If any inhabitants show signs of stress, use our Water Primer™ and do a 30% water change.

Instructions:  
Turn off UV & ozone before each use. Gently shake before using. Add directly into high water flow. Only dose this product in the morning when the lights are on; please ensure that your aquarium is properly oxygenated. For accurate dosing, the dosing formula is total volume of aquarium and external filter minus all media, rock, ornaments, etc. that occupies volume. This product cannot be used on a dosing pump. 

Dosing:

100mL 

Cycling an Aquarium – 10 drops per 10L or 2.6 US gal daily for 7 days. Check Ammonia/Ammonium, Nitrite, pH and Nitrate. Once Ammonia/Ammonium is at a safe level, and the aquarium is cycled, fish can slowly be added. If fish show signs of stress, use our Water Primer™ to safely detoxify any Ammonia/Ammonium that may have built up and do a 30% water change. 

Cycled Aquariums – 5 drops per 10L or 2.6 US gal of water change volume once a month unless using Quantum® products containing probiotics, water change-less systems or aquariums using natural seawater. 

Note: 20 drops = ~1mL.

Cycling an aquarium – 1 capful per 100L or 26 US gal daily for 7 days. Check Ammonia/Ammonium, Nitrite, pH and Nitrate. Once Ammonia/Ammonium is at a safe level, and the aquarium is cycled, fish can slowly be added. If fish show signs of stress, use our Water Primer™ to safely detoxify any Ammonia/Ammonium that may have built up and do a 30% water change.
