Step 2 – Algae & Nutrient Control™

Mineral Oasis™ Oxy-Shock Pro™ is scientifically formulated to provide a source of active oxygen (oxidiser) to your pool/spa to help keep it clean and safe to enjoy. This helps to remove the typical ‘chlorine’ odour of pools/spas as well as assisting in the reduction of unwanted algae and bacteria by removal of chloramines. Additionally, Mineral Oasis™ Oxy-Shock Pro™ helps to oxidise various organic contaminants which may create cloudiness. This is completely normal and can be easily removed using Mineral Oasis™ Flocculant Pro™.

Simply use Mineral Oasis™ Oxy-Shock Pro™ weekly or after heavy use (e.g. a pool/spa party).

Instructions:

For dosing directly into the pool/spa – we recommend sprinkling small amounts spread evenly into high flow to avoid powder lumping on the bottom. If lumps occur on the bottom of the pool/spa, immediately agitate them to help prevent surface damage. Ensure powder is completely broken down and mixed thoroughly prior to swimming.

Do not directly add into the skimmer/filter. We recommended to wait at least 1 hour from time of dosing before swimming to help allow the pool/spa water to cycle effectively.

Dosing: 

100g/10,000L weekly or 200g/10,000L after heavy use (e.g. a pool/spa party).

500g/50,000L weekly or 1kg/50,000L after heavy use (e.g. a pool/spa party).

If water is cloudy after using Mineral Oasis™Oxy-Shock Pro™, please use Mineral Oasis™ Flocculant Pro™ to help remove cloudiness.
